It seems that some of people like Mr. Bill W who have some 007-ideas, cannot understand a plain English passage like my question. Dear friend, as I mentioned I live in Iran and here THERE IS NO FOREGIN BANK. In addition, Google is an American company and because of USA sanctions, I cannot have a direct business with them. So I cannot use a local/Iranian bank account for Google Ad sense. Mr. Bill W, if you feel that you are a 007 agent please use your dream power to detect real world crimes not solving a simple problem like mine.
