Your unidentified bank offers multiple account types. Without knowing the specific account type you have, ANY answer is an UNINFORMED guess.

Use the Bpay function on your net banking and with your credit card bill look for the Biller code and Reference number. From there input the billercode and ref number into your net banking and choose the amount you wish to pay. It’s pretty much follow the bouncing ball. Good luck!

That happened to my brother once. He lost a little bit of cash.
For Example, if you put in 100 $ and that happened you would probably lose 10-30 dollars. You shouldn’t lose all your money.

Question posed by olly g: Internet banking question. Making payment from one bank to another.?
I’ve just made a payment via HSBC internet banking to someone holding an account with Lloyds TSB. All it required me to enter was their name, account number and their sort code.
Nothing required me to enter the bank name.
Could I have just paid an HSBC account holder with the same account/sort numbers or will it recognise those numbers as belonging to Lloyds TSB

The sort code IS the bank’s name to the financial world.

On the credit card’s web site, register for online account access. After you have access, there will be a place to register your bank accounts. After you do that, you can schedule transfers to pay the card. I do it all the time.
