go with any of the nationalised bank like Bank of india, SBI, Bank of Baroda They provide good service

My current bank has 5 branches and they ****! I want to open a online checking and savings account. I thought online would be better because I will be moving soon to go to school and this way I will not have to worry about locations.

I am not sure if I should get ING or WaMu.

I like WaMu for the checks.
