Can anyone help me here? i just got my credit card, and i set up an online bill paying account. i got into it once, but that was it. i cant log into it anymore to pay my bill. i changed my user id and password. and it says everything is correct. when i go to log in, it says my user name and password were unable to verify. please help

I got my 100$ gift card for personal use. and it was from the simon giftcard, my mom thinks i have to activate it first and its a debit card. Under the logo it says US BANK so i went to the website to sign up- what are the risks – anyone knows if it is good ? Pay pal is bad right? which secure site would you recommend thats good in transaction, will i have to pay to sign up?? cause i dont want to do that >w<
