I wouldn’t risk it. If you are sure that your computer has a virus, I wouldn’t risk using any site that requires you to put in your personal information until after you have the virus taken care of. Take care and good luck!

Not unless you use a Linux live cd or remove the malware from your computer.
No, because it could be a virus that tracks your movement and keystrokes (so it could acquire your passwords and login name). I would go into Safe Mode on your computer (reboot and hold F8 I think) and then install and run MalwareBytes. That should get rid of it.
A lot of viruses would like you to just go ahead and do it, because they are outright looking for your banking passwords, etc., to be entered.
No, if you’re sure you have a virus, your top priority should be getting it removed before doing anything sensitive like that.
There’s no way of telling what a particular virus might do, and there aren’t any “rules” virus writers have to follow to release their malware, so absolutely no, it’s not safe. The virus may be logging your keystrokes and sending them to a master computer. Passwords? Account numbers?
Hope that helps.
No. Absolutely Not. You must use a Known Uninfected(Clean) computer to access your Financial Accounts, notify the Companies and change all passwords. You should also request a credit check and make certain no unauthorized Credit Card charges have been made.
On the infected computer. You must run or have it done , Anti-virus AND Anti-Malware programs and remove the Virus/Malware. If you can verify that the computer is clean. You may then resume using it as usual. If you can not verify then you should restrict use of the computer to simple web browsing.
Consider migrating to a Linux Based computer as they are far more Virus-Malware resistant than a Windows computer. You may choose to install a Linux Operating System such as Ubuntu or Mint on the infected computer and then you will have a HIGH DEGREE of security.
