(why do people bank online instead of real time?)

Cause I like to be able to see my transaction online and not have to wait for my bank statement in the mail.

I can do many banking transactions at hours my bank is locked up and it’s people are sleeping. I can review activity as recent as yesterday on line rather than wait for a statement or call the bank. I can pay on a loan anytime.
