Very UNSAFE
in usa u can find a lot of banks doing that safely like bank of America, wellsfargo, citi bank and alot of the others.
but here in egypt and thanks for our government for this tech revolution that we have had on the previous 28 year , we have non , lool
to be sure, try to check citi bank here in egypt, you have the biggest chance with it to make the online transfer safely .
