well verizon as got wirless DSL but not in the mountins like you want your not going to be able to do this as no company gives ervice out there. thats part of the reson why its called in the middle of no where.

I would suggest dial up using AOL or some other web based isp that uses dial up so you can connect to any phone line. There are usually free local numbers for dialing in each area.
