I have no idea who they are, but they did the same to me. I called their service number and got a machine, so I just sent them an email. Let’s see if they’ll respond. Have you contacted them yet?
Same here. We noticed a charge on our credit card , called the phone number and got the message, then checked the website to find they sell something we have no interest in. We have cancelled the credit card number. We didn’t want to give out any more info so we didn’t leave them any call back on their answering machine. We don’t see where the company has a mailing address on their site or identify their business hours in their answering machine message. Possibly related – we paid a hospital bill in Pittsburgh using that credit card via mail. The hospital claims they never received the payment so we wonder if the card number was stolen at that time.
