If I were you, I would let my bank know whats going on. Now it could be a virus or even some form of spyware? because it does shut down your computer. try scanning your computer with both your antivirus and spyware programs. Try changing your password since this is only happing to one of your accounts. To be safe like I said before, let your bank know what is going on as someone might be hacking that account. Good Luck.
Try using another computer. That way you’ll know if it was some virus. Most possibly this would be the case. Change your password, after login.
