U.S. Bank Internet Banking? Would It Be Safe?

I got my 100$ gift card for personal use. and it was from the simon giftcard, my mom thinks i have to activate it first and its a debit card. Under the logo it says US BANK so i went to the website to sign up- what are the risks – anyone knows if it is good ? First Paypal is SAFE, you are only 12, which is a violation for you to even be here, your parents should be guiding you in this instead of allowing to to get on line and manipulate all these sites you apparently visit.
