trouble logging on to HSBC personal internet banking.HELP?

i’ve made an account on there and i have the number you need to log on eg:IB875339867786
i type it in and it goes onto my security for internet banking.
[i have just recently made an account]
so i type in the security details [these are correct-double checked]
and the only button on the page is ‘back’ not next or anything.
so i press back and it takes me to the homepage and its not logged on.
please help!
