I had a pre-paid credit card from the CIB, starting it costed only 45 pounds.
and you just need your ID.
All foreign banks in Egypt provide this service HSBC,CITIBANK,SNGB and CIB as well
i got mine from Al Ahly bank
its free, all u have to do is fill in the application and put a certain amount of money, u’ll recieve it in 15 days, and its safe to use on the net.
u have to have an account there, doesnt need to be a large account, only saving, u can put like 500 pounds or somethin.
