pre-paid visa to bank account using online banking?

I have money on 2 pre-paid visa gift cards, and i can’t use pre-paid visa on pay pal, and i live in mississippi and my bank account is in houston. can i get my cash from my pre-paid visa’s to my bank account using online banking? (i bank with amegy if it makes a difference.)

Not sure about online banking, but does your prepaid Visa allow you to withdraw from an ATM? If so that’s probably your best bet. If you actively use prepaid cards, check out the Walmart Moneycard on
Don’t know if only applies in certain states, but as far as I know Visa/Mastercard gift cards can only be used for purchases, online bills, etc. You can no longer get cash off of them.
This means you cannot transfer what is on the card to your account.
Like I said not sure if it is a state by state thing or a gift card policy thing.
