Ask the landlord – he/she will probably accept the online printout though.
I would imagine that either one would work, they both show the information that the landlord is looking for.
I don’t think you need to show your bank statement to anyone. Does he/she say why? That is private business.
it can be printed.
I don’t think your landlord has a right to see your bankstatement since that is considered private. He needs a valid reason.
Honestly, I dont think it is a good idea to show your landlord of your bank statement. if he/she needs to see your bank statement about your rent money that you already paid for and print it out with one item not all of your bank statement. I hope it helps.
Why does your landlord need to see your bank statement? I would refuse, but if you want to show it to him, a printed copy from your bank’s website should be fine.
Depending on the country you are in most nations would say that is unlawful provided you are making your full rental payment every month.
My advice?
DO NOT SHOW YOUR LANDLORD YOUR BANK STATEMENT
If you happen to have savings he will up your rent
If you are broke he may evict you
Yes, your landlord has a right to see your bank statement. There are far too many bad tenants out there. The landlord just wants to make sure that you have regular income coming in so you can pay the rent. Either a paper statement or one printed from your computer should do.
It is not necessary to show your bank statement: but it is left to you: the e banking statement is enough: but you show him and get back:
do not leave it to him as a record;
