Is there any stored value prepaid card available which is reload able & can be used for shopping on internet ?
I am from India and looking for Master or visa or amex or any other bank’s “stored value prepaid card” – which can be purchased on internet in real time using my credit card.
Such card should must have the facility for using it for shopping on Internet and facility to reload it again.
I am already aware of yahoo visa card with these features. But only us citizens can buy it.
Is there any other bank or financial institution or company on the entire Internet – who is providing similar card for internet users of any country ?
There is no bank or company as of now to my knoledge providing such card in India.
IDBI bank provides gift card in India but it can not be used on internet.

But, disparately looking for stored value prepaid card which can be used on internet.

Not sure if you can buy prepaid cards but there are services which you can use for the same purpose and that would be exactly what you are looking for.I am listing some of them below.

E-gold, Paypal and Firepay won’t do what he wants. Seriously, read the question, THEN answer. What he wants is a prepaid debit card. He was exceptionally clear on that point.
Try . You deposit money to it and you get a “Virtual Visa.” Be careful, however; some online membership service companies, such as CCBill.com, don’t accept it.
