No, it’s all a scam.
Most people who make money off the net, organize their own site with some kind of business that they know well. The product these days is inexpensive stuff just enough so its not a problem for customers to afford and enough to sell in bulk. Your overhead for web hosting is like $14 a month and you can set up your own website. You can take credit cards and such through a bunch of pay services like paypal.

I make around $40-50 per month, and no, I do not need a specific bank account – I either get a check in the mail or a paypal payment from all the sites I use.
