Do you have an alternate web browser? It’s a good idea to always have at least one other browser in case one of them fails at a particular task, like in this case.
I’d recommend downloading Google Chrome (my personal favorite; very speedy and simple to use), Mozilla Firefox (very customizable), or both. Both are secure open-source browsers unlike Internet Explorer, so they would probably be better suited for something financial like that.
See if these browsers won’t help you get into your account. Chances are that Internet Explorer 8 is so new that your bank account website doesn’t support it just yet.
you have to right click under the address bar to add features also some sites aren’t upgraded to be used for internet explorer 8 near the address bar should be a white icon click it so it will compress it for normal view
Contact your bank & find out how to fix the problem. The bank doesn’t want to alienate the 80% of their customers that use IE, so I’m sure they have a fix for the problem
