May i know whether the message was displayed after you typed your username & password and clicked the ‘Submit’ button or was it before?
If it was after, then it’s likely to be a scam/phising site, designed to be look legitimate but will steal people’s password after they submitted their username & password (and yes, in this kind of site, those username & password are actually submitted but hose kind of messages are displayed so that the user thinks it has not been submitted). If this is really what was happened, change your password in the legitimate site a.s.a.p.

Hello,
Step1) Please tell me which version of IE you are using (Go to Help > About Internet Explorer). If it is an older version like IE7, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx & Get the latest version (IE8).
Step 2) Install the latest version of Java http://jdl.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en&host=www.java.com:80
Step 3) You are done. IE8 has default enabled javascript.
Contact me if you are having errors.
Enjoy & Best Regards,
Ahmad Y
