If you do this it is essential that your computer is up to date in all windows updates, antiviral and antispyware.
Under no circumstances give out your password and dont write it down in a way tha others can guess what it is.
The bank url must be typed into your browser each session, dont use an old link. Always make sure you log out of the internet bank site and clear your browser after.
