I want to know whether it is possible to transfer money from my ATM debit card to a paypal account to buy softwares from the internet and so on….

You can use your debit card as a credit card as long as it’s like visa or mastercard. You can also have it drafted from your checking account.

Paypal is good. I tansfer money from my credit card, debit card or even bank accnt. I send money to my country through them.
You attach your bank account or credit card to your paypal account and use one ot the other to buy things. You choose the funding option.
