I did a google search and hundreds of hits came up but you will need to do the same and see which one is appropriate for your credit card info.
Some things we just will not do for people that will not try for themselves
To pay a credit card from your bank you should only need the credit card number, billing address, and phone number, which should all be on your credit card statement. That would usually allow them to pay it electronically, but the address is in case they need to mail payment instead.
If you cannot access your statement on-line or find an old one, call the phone number on back of the card.
