I use suntrust banking, and I want to log into my online banking account. However, I forgot/lost my username and password. When I go to recover it, suntrust asks for my ss number, check card number, check card pin, and account number. Where do I find my check card pin? And is my account number on my checks? Thank you.

Seriously… don’t ask on Yahoo would be the smartest move! Phone the bank tomorrow and follow their security protocols.
