They can’t if you use a good firewall, and good Internet Browser. i.e. Firefox
Banking on line with a PC is like so many things: you must TRUST that everyone (from your unit, all the way to the bank) has their security as tight as possible with contemporary methods.
This as you can imagine is a difficult task, and even experts have their doubts.
If you aren’t absolutely certain you system is ‘clean’: I’d stay away from it.
