At some websites, you don’t need PayPal, you can just enter your credit-card number and press “Submit”. But on the most websites, you need PayPal that can be found here: . Just register, and enter your credit card number, and you can choose the amount of money you want to add to PayPal, so not all your money is in PayPal. They will stay at your credit-card, unless you add some money to your PayPal account. I hope that this helps you! Thanks.

Be careful in this matter, debt card is better but you all sites on net are not safe.
you just enter your card details and press submit, they automatically take the money from your account, but you are 13 so I don’t think you are allowed to apply for a credit card but you can apply for a debit card or one of those prepaid card such as tuxedo (tuxedo.com) part of master card
