If you have IE installed, find it in your Program listing and open it. It should say "Internet Explorer" at the top of the window. If Yahoo is an add-on, Go to Tools at the top, and select "Manage Add-Ons", where you can delete or at least disable whatever Yahoo add-ons you have downloaded. If Yahoo is your homepage, you can change that by going to Tools at the top, and select Internet Options, and its General tab.
