Yahoo is not a browser, but a browser add-on, or a home page. If you have IE installed, find it in your Program listing and open it. It should say "Internet Explorer" at the top of the window. If Yahoo is an add-on, Go to Tools at the top, and select "Manage Add-Ons", where you can delete or at least disable whatever Yahoo add-ons you have downloaded.

If Yahoo is your homepage, you can change that by going to Tools at the top, and select Internet Options, and its General tab. At the top of the General window, you can change your home page to any website you wish, or go with the Default or Blank choices.
