If the charges are fraudulent, in other words if someone stole your bank card and charged it, then the bank must reverse them. You need to report the charges as fraudulent ASAP, and assist them in any investigation.

If you made the charges, you are stuck with them. You can't just stick money into an online gambling company, lose, and then ask your bank to pick up the tab. Why would they do that? It would be like buying a dress on Amazon.com and then demanding a refund a year later because you don't like to wear it any more.

If the charges are valid they won't. However if you didn't approve them the bank should have a form you can fill out. Try calling them or going into the nearest branch.
