How do I clear my record after being victom of an internet scam?

Get a job in a good local business as waitress. Do that for awhile until your past is water under the bridge.
i think when you check with the bank they told it is good so i think it is the bank fault alos bcoz they advice you it is good if the bnak had told you after checking more details then you would not have been in this trouble
so with the above details you mention i feel that it is n ot your fault be very careful next time in future

I would get a credit check done right away. And get credit fraud protection as well. Contact the police and have them do a police report From What little you told here I can tell he has at least your name and address. I also recommend changing your e-mail address to one that does not have your name in it. And do not use your real name in the profile. I know this because I almost made the same mistake. The person was not able to go as far as the person did with you. I did however had my last name and first intail used in my e-mail address. as for clearing my record or any record of me off the internet I am still working on that. i will keep you informed if I find out how to do this. (my e-mail address has since been deleated.)
Make sure you have a police report done. It will help if credit fraud is involved.
