I just looked around at their site — it doesn’t look like there is any English version. Sorry.
Contact the bank & ask them.
Sparkasse now have their online site in English, login to the site, and you can see 2 small round buttons indicating English/German, in the RHS of your home page. If you click on English once, the site will automatically select the language as English for your further transactions.
