Nowadays, starting an internet business is the latest buzz, but there are so many bogus websites out there that it’s rather difficult to find a legit program or company to bring in extra income. Some programs claim that their services are free, but once you log on their website, there is a page that asks for your personal information, such as credit cards or bank accounts, or even your Social Security Number. Or, when you call the headquarters of said company, either the supervisor’s phone number is disconnected, or relocated to another facility. After being scammed, you ask for a refund but the folks who run the company decline to give you back the money you paid out of your pockets.

No … I don’t sign up for anything via the internet. I also do not trust any emails from anyone that I do not know. They automatically go into the ol’ Spam folder. And I never give out personal information over the phone or internet to someone I don’t know.
