you are only as fast as Internet connection with that said…… processors , memory {ram} determines how fast you get to the web all the new computer to day will run to the web again it come back to your Internet connection good luck and have good day
mainly by internet connection. but if ur computer has some program which are using very high memory, then it will slow down everything.

Crap Internet connection with a good computer will be crap speed due to limitations in accessing data.
Good internet connection with a crap computer will be crap due to limitations in how fast your computer can process the data that it is accessing.
That being said, their are NIC card’s out their that take away the data processing from your CPU, I just find justifying $200 on a network card a little hard.
Its a mixture of both but really its to do with the connection speed. I have a right old banger of a computer but because of the broadband speed i use, its just as fast as any fancy up to date computer my friends have! You should try to keep things that you dont actually need out of youre computer though. Storing lots and lots of songs and pictures on your computer will slow it down something elce!
its always the connection speed that lacks with todays computers. because todays computers are all built to handle all multimedia type applications.
