you have all your bills set to auto payment, so do i still have to pay 1.95$ a month if i dont pay bills online but have all my bills set to auto payment where they deduct the money from the my bank account automatically.

Your unidentified bank offers multiple account types. Without knowing the specific account type you have, ANY answer is an UNINFORMED guess.

~~If your bills are set through the individual companies to just automatically pay with your bank account (in other words you did not set the auto pay up through the bank but with each company you need to pay), then no.
It would be the same as writing a check when a company automatically debits your account only without any paperwork. You can only be charged for online banking if you use the banks websites to pay your bills.~~
