A question from Katie: Do I have to pay for online banking with Capital One?
I want to enroll in online banking but I don’t want to be charged for anything. I just got my first credit card and want to register it online. I’m reading through terms and conditions and don’t see anything. Help please?

I bank with Capital One and have never paid a fee
