Any online site (especially CHASE) is secure IF there is that little lock in the lower right hand side of the browser where the cert matches the name of the site and you don’t get a “cert warning” to accept (meaning the browser knows the issuer..Verisign, Thawte, etc..)
This means that all traffic while it is present is encrypted, and cannot (easily) be intercepted by a “hacker”.
Regardless, if your PC is compromised, all of this security goes away..
    :/
So make sure you’re up to date on a REAL (ie:”paid for”) Antivirus, Anti Spyware, etc..and SCAN OFTEN.
FOR GOD’S SAKE…STAY AWAY FROM THE ONLINE SCANS AND “FREE” AVS..VERY FEW ARE LEGITIM,ATE.
