Yes but you will have to do it through pay pal. Create an account on pay pal with your ATM. Then purchase on the internet on sites that have pay pal as a payment option.
only if it has a credit card merchant logo on the front such as visa, master card. some internet sites take debit cards but most don’t look carefully at the payment options to find out.
