I would think that you could transfer to another Citibank account on line. You could also write a check and transfer it to his account. You need to call your bank and ask them the best way to transfer money from your account into his.
If both of you are having a Citibank account then you can transfer money Online…I don’t know exactly how long it will take but you can do it online, quickly and easily, saving your time…
