Can anyone recommend a good offshore bank in Singapore or Cayman Island?

I’m simply having a hard time finding a good bank, let alone a bank that’s not trying to scam people.

A lot of reputable banks available in Singapore, such as HSBC, CitiBank, BNP Paribas and much more.
Lots of international banks here in Singapore. Most have phone and internet banking services.
But for pure phone/internet banking without counter access, try Citibank or Standard Chartered.
Have you looked into Channel Island banks? Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey?
I think they offer the same tax benefits but I am not 100%.
