Perhaps Bank of America.
I started an account there, their instructions make it easy, probably for starting banking business accounts as well.
Also, Commerce is good too.

halifax, barclays etc are very good, dont forget lloyds tsb, they are amazing
Use ING, they have great interest rates.
paypal is the name its the best place for it lol i wish i had a credit card lol im only 13

Both have great customer service. Both are FDIC insured in the USA. Both have better rates than any answer so far!
Before choosing what financial institution to use for your online banking, do some research, find out what service charges and fees they charge and what interest rates they pay. Make sure they offer services that meet your needs.
