Before contacting customer service, is there anything you can do to identify a charge on your account that you don’t know what the hell it is? The charge is basically a whole bunch of numbers and letters …. help?

No, you need to contact a banker. They have access to information that u don’t.
good luck
Contact your bank. It might be a service charge or a maintence fee. Make sure to wait 1 business day and check it again just in case it drops off your account which alot of transactions do. EX: you were charged twice at dairty queen they void one of the charges. You look both are still there *** right? Dont worry the other charge can take usually 1 business day(sometimes 3) to drop off your account. Don’t know why it just does.
